Snorkie- The Yorkie - Original Painting

Snorkie has always felt like one of my most charming little muses — small in size, but full of personality. I painted him in his tiny Christmas hat and bright red bow because that’s how I imagine him: festive, confident, and absolutely convinced he’s the star of the season.

There’s a playful magic to this piece… the frosty ornaments, the tiny bird in his matching hat, the soft winter blues behind him. As I painted Snorkie’s warm eyes and fluffy coat, I wanted him to feel like that joyful spark you get during the holidays — cozy, bright, and full of heart.

He brings a sense of cheer into any space, but in a gentle, innocent way. Not loud, not flashy — just warm.

The kind of warmth that makes you smile without even realizing it.
