Return/Refunds policy
Original Paintings
All original artworks are final sale.
Each piece is one-of-a-kind, and I’m unable to accept returns or offer refunds on original paintings.
Prints & Products
All prints and products are made to order, which means returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at tramvynguyenvo@hotmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
I will happily replace the item or offer a solution.
Commissions
All commissioned artwork is non-refundable.
Because commissions are custom-made specifically for you, I do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once the process has begun.
You will receive progress updates along the way to ensure you’re happy with your piece.
Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages
Once your package is shipped, I rely on the carrier for safe delivery.
I cannot offer refunds for delayed, stolen, or missing packages, but I will do everything I can to help you track it down or file a claim.
Color Variations
Please note that colors may appear slightly different from screen to screen.These small variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days so I can assist you quickly.
